The majority of our members receive an HRA benefit from Lumen. This plan started in 2012 and was initially guaranteed until April 2017. In 2013 the craft plan was included in the CWA contract. The management plan has been renewed annually since 2017. We are pleased to report that the management plan has been approved for 2026
